MSO has instituted changes to its process and returning coaches and students should make note of the following:
- Student accounts are no longer utilized. Coaches must enter student names using an online roster prior to the deadlines posted.
- Team numbers will not carry over from regional to state tournament. Teams will be numbered sequentially for each tournament 1-n. Team numbers will be assigned approximately one month before each tournament.
- Fees will remain $360 per initial team, but additional teams are now $250 per team. We expect the limit to be 50 teams per division at the Central Regional.
- Event rules books will no longer be mailed. They are available online at the National Science Olympiad Website (https://www.soinc.org/ )
